Balance + Invert

An inversion can be as simple as a down dog and an arm balance can be as simple as a three legged plank.

In this two hour workshop, we will break down the fear of these poses and learn to shift our mindset. We will work on creating a solid foundation in order to acheive the balance and inversion within our bodies.

What to expect:

  • Pose specific warm-ups

  • Strengthening drills

  • A flow to learn how to add them to your daily practice

  • Pen and journal if you want to take some notes
