Lets learn splits with Nik!!
Our focus will be on front and back splits while playful tickling of middle splits.
This practice will work to strengthen and increase mobility of the three major muscles that make up the hamstrings. The room will be warm [hovering in the 80s] to promote lengthening and assist in properly warming the muscles. You will be provided the tools to access the muscles necessary for expressing a full split, safely and effectively.
We are not aiming for perfection, these practices take time, accept where you land and most importantly have fun
